We had a great first class!  Please make sure your student has their own music stand and shoulder rest along with their books every week in class.  We will not be using the bow for the first months of this class as we focus on learning the notes of the violin.  Here’s a video to remind the students how to properly hold the violin:

Keep track of your minutes of practice and for each 30 minutes, you will earn a prize ticket.  These tickets can be redeemed at the end of each semester for prizes.
