- Suzanne Stange organized and purchased a gift for Governor Greitens that we left for him on our last visit. If you are able, will you please bring a donation of $2 to the payment table. Thank you Suzanne for letting God use you!
- This week, March 31, will have an adjusted schedule for some classes. Some theory classes will not be meeting in the older classes. Please look over the adjusted schedule carefully. In order to prepare for our music contest we have longer rehearsals for some of the classes. If they have a longer performing class, they might not have their theory class. Each class is listed, so carefully read each class that you are a part.
- No Teacher’s Meeting this Friday. Be sure to have a musical score, with the measures numbered, for both the mock contest on March 31 and the actual music contest on April 7. Our next teacher’s meeting will be Friday, April 21 which is also our Spring Teacher’s Appreciation Luncheon. I will have paychecks next Friday, April 7.
- Friend’s Meeting at 12:10 upstairs in Room 203. We will be evaluating the Banquet, planning for the teacher’s luncheon on April 21, and Group Picture Day of all classes on April 21.
- Please only eat in the Fellowship Fall on the wood tile floor, as this is easier to clean.
- When you are dropping off your children, please don’t block the parking lot areas. Please pull in to the circle drive areas to drop off to help avoid congestion.
- April 7 is our Music Contest schedule. On this day each performing class will meet to warm-up and perform, but there will be no theory classes or other classes on that day. The order of the day is as follows, Harps at 9:00, Guitars from 9:20-10:45, Choirs from @11:00 to lunchtime, P and W right after lunch, then orchestras and bands in the afternoon. More detailed schedule will be coming out soon.
- Dress Code reminder. Since it is Spring again, please remember to dress modestly, which includes I will be sending out more details as to warm-up time and rooms to meet early nextweek.no sleeveless shirts and no short shorts please. Longer shorts close to your knees are acceptable.
- Please check the website for a music camp scholarship form from the Springfield Symphony Guild.Scholarship applications are due Thursday, April 13.
- Be sure to check the PSHP website each week for updates. The classes have just been concentrating on their music contest songs, so they might not have posted as much the last couple of weeks.
