PSHP Registration and Music Sale Day 8.25.2017

Don’t forget that tomorrow, Friday, August 25 is Registration and Music Day sale for all students of Play and Sing His Praises.  It is important that all students, whether new or returning, fill out their paperwork tomorrow so we can make plans for our classes that begin September 8.

We are open from 9-1:30 tomorrow.  We have guidelines of times for arrival to ease congestion but come at a different time if that works better for you.

I apologize for the lateness of this email.  We have been busy reorganizing the stations for tomorrow.  Thank you for your patience as we try to serve you better.

Please see attached a map of the flow of all of the stations for tomorrow.

 

Friday, August 25 (Open from 9:00-1:30)

9:00-10:15           Returning Student Registration and Music Book Purchases

10:30-11:30         New Student Registration and Music Book Purchases for last names beginning A-L.

11:30-12:30         New Student Registration and Music Book Purchases for last names beginning M-Z.

 

Notes to help with your planning tomorrow:

  1. All students need to register, even if you are in the same class as last year.
  2. Please plan on paying in cash or check for your music book purchases and supplies for the year, as well as any balance left from last year’s classes.
  3. Enter through the south doors only
  4. Exit through the east doors only
  5. Bring any instruments or old music that you would want to sell to the Sale Room.  Please label with your contact information and as much information as possible.
  6. Any used high school concert dresses can be offered for sale tomorrow. Please see Judy Cymbaluk for more information.
  7. Parents, please sign up for 3 times as a Hall Monitor and 1 other special event throughout the year.
  8. All high school students in advance classes will need to sign up for their theory class. There are 5 choices that all meet at 1:45 on Fridays.  There will be a theory placement test which can be taken tomorrow or on the first day of classes on Sept. 8.

 

DEADLINE

Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for student teacher positions, teacher positions, weekly job positions, etc.  These sign-ups will be with the other sign ups.
