PSHP Notes for 1.17.2020 (Classes Cancelled because of Weather)

There will be no classes for PSHP on Friday, January 17 due to the predicted wintery weather mix.  Please stay safe and stay warm.

You will not be charged for classes, but your bill will be adjusted in May.  Contact me if you have any questions.

 

Extra Notes and Rescheduling

  1. The entry deadline for Federation is still tomorrow. Most of you signed up last week for this optional music contest at Evangel on Saturday, March 7.   I will be entering the information in the afternoon on Friday. Please email me at KALcello@cs.com if you have any additions or any questions.
  2. All performing ensemble classes will have their pictures taken for the Yearbook next Friday, January 24 during their class time.  All students and teachers will need to be in their concert clothes for the picture.
  3. All theory teachers (both student and adult) will have a meeting Friday, January 24 at Noon in Room A150 across from the PSHP music office.
  4. Any adults interested in helping prepare food or serving in the kitchen at the Banquet on Saturday, March 7 are invited to a meeting on Friday, January 24 at Noon in Room 203.
  5. Our January Friend’s Meeting is on Friday, January 24 at 12:45 in Room 203.  Come at noon to help with the Banquet Food planning if you would like.
  6. PSHP T-shirt orders for $9 will start January 24 through February 7.  Larger sizes and polo shirts will be a little more expensive.

 

 

Fire Drill

We will be having a Fire Drill on Friday, January 31 (rescheduled from January 24).  The location for meeting has been changed by the Safety Team at Asbury.  Teachers please look at the map posted in each room before our drill.  The teachers are responsible for the students in their classes.  Please notify me if your child will need to be pulled early from class due to the loud noises from the Fire Drill.  I have already talked to some of you.  Kathy at KALcello@cs.com
