All events will take place at Asbury.
Please print this schedule off and check it very carefully.
All performing classes will have an assigned warm-up time and warm-up room, as well as a time to report back to their warm-up room, and a performance time in the Sanctuary.
Each class will be escorted to the Sanctuary from their warm-up room as a class.
Students will need to be in their concert attire, bring all of the contest music, and their instrument and music stands if applicable.
Please plan for lunch if you are in multiple performing groups.
All parents and others are invited to attend the performance in the Sanctuary, but please keep it quiet in the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall.
Students will only have to stay for the warm-up and performance times. NO other classes will happen this week.

April 14 is our Easter Break and there will be no classes
April 21 is our picture day for all performing assembles and Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
April 28 and May 5 are Open House Days for prospective students at 9:15, 10:15, and 1:14.
May 12 is our last class day at Asbury. Prize Store will be open.
May 15 and 16 at 6:00 Final Concerts at The Springs
May 19 and 20 SHEM Home School Convention, including graduation on Saturday, May 20 at 6:30. Beethoven, Brahms, Bel Canto, and Concert Choir will perform at the graduation.
