Hey all! It’s been another snow day.
Please wear name tags the next time we meet, because I will have forgotten all of your names by then.
Just kidding……mostly. 🙂
Here’s a quiz to help you keep up on your key signatures.
My musical happy moment this week is a video of “Sit Down Your Rocking the Boat” from the musical Guys and Dolls. One of the things I like about this performance, is that the soloist is singing well, but using a “character voice.” This is a skill that singers, especially in the theater, need to have. It’s not always about singing the most beautiful tone possible all the time. Sometimes you sing in a different way to be able to portray the character and the story the best. Enjoy!
