The Christmas Concert 2016 has all of the information for the High School Advance Classes Concert on Saturday, Dec. 3 at The Springs.

 

Please check the PSHP Handbook, p. 16-18, for Performance Dress Code for the Concerts on Dec. 3 and Dec. 10

 

Please check here for the schedule and groups for Friday, Dec. 9 Concert  at Asbury.  One addition to the Dec. 9 schedule is the addition of the Music Composition Class at 12:30.

Parent Notes:

  1. December payments of 3 Fridays are due plus a $7 concert fee per family.
  2. Beginner Orchestra will meet and unpack in the Sanctuary tomorrow
  3. Check with your student and ask about their evaluation that should be handed to them in class this week or 2 of the previous Fridays. This will give you an idea how they are doing.
  4. The Prize Store will be open tomorrow from 11:00-3:30 in Room 104.  Please bring your tickets to exchange for your prizes.
  5. Classroom changes for Dec. 2 from Room 104, because of the Prize Store:
  6. 10:00 Older Beginner Guitar theory will move upstairs to Room 206.
  7. 1:45Mezzo Choir Theory will combine with Judy Cymbaluk’s class in Room 120 .
  8. Please check over the concert schedules very carefully for Dec. 3 and Dec. 9.
  9. One addition to the Dec. 9 schedule is the addition of the Music Composition Class at 12:30.
  10. Half of the pictures that were ordered from our photographer Breanna O’Bryan will be available at the Info Table tomorrow. The second day photos from Nov. 4 are here.  The pictures taken on the first day, Oct. 28 will not be here until Dec. 9.  If you can’t pick them up on Dec. 9 you could also stop by Asbury on Wednesday, Dec. 14 from 11:00 am to 8:45 pm.

 

Student Notes

  1. Stop by the Information Table tomorrow to pick up your contract laborer pay.  No teacher meeting tomorrow.  Please email or text me your concert songs and order for the printed programs.  Deadline for Sat. Dec. 3 program will be 10:00 pm Friday, Dec. 2.  Deadline for the Friday, Dec. 9 program will be 10:00 pm Wednesday, Dec. 7.
  2. Print off a copy of the Dec. 3 Christmas Concert so you can review times, rooms and places.
