PSHP Christmas Concert 2016

Saturday, Dec. 3 at 2:00 at The Springs (formerly First E. Free Church) at 5500 S. Southwood Rd, near Evans Road and Highway 65 (follow the signs to the National Cemetery)

  • Classes that are performing: Beethoven, Brahms, Harp Ensemble, Concert Choir, Bel Canto, Classical Guitar,  Praise and Worship, Adoration Band, Advance Guitar, Select Wind Ensemble, Select Jazz Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble
  • Warm-Up rooms and times are listed below
  • Arrive 15” before your warm-up time
  • Please wear your black concert dress for girls, black pants and white or black shirts for boys with their red ties.
  • Plan to bring a snack or your lunch with you, as many of you will be there from Noon to 4:30 and use Room 117.
  • Bring all of your music and instrumentalists bring your music stands with you
  • Put cases in your warm-up rooms either Room 114 or Room 116, see below
  • Other cases can be put in the hallway against the wall (leave a pathway open) around the back of the Sanctuary, but keep cases out of the Sanctuary
  • Plan to stay for the whole concert from 2:00-4:30ish to encourage your peers.
  • Please enter the church through the main doors on the covered entry on the west side of the church

  1. 50 chairs on the north side of stage in a semi-circle
    1. 8 in the 1st row
    2. 11 in 2nd row
    3. 13 in 3rd row
    4. 18 in 4th row nearest the north wall
  2. Grand Piano set in the center of the stage (slightly more to the south side of stage)
  3. Timpani/Drum set near piano in the center of the stage
  4. 18 chairs on the south side in a semi-circle
    1. 9 in the 1st row
    2. 9 in the 2nd row
