Banquet Sign-ups: Opportunities Still Available
Good morning everyone, I hope you and your family are well.
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to help with our biggest fundraiser of the year! We also appreciate the donated items and the practice that has already gone into preparing for a wonderful and enjoyable evening.
Following are the signup links with some notes about what opportunities still exist to help out with the many aspects of the banquet this coming weekend:
- Waiters and Waitresses – 9 more needed as of right now (only those students not performing, Jr. High age.)
- Clean-up – We have 10 signed up. We would like to have 20.
- Food Prep from 11:30-5:00 – we could use three more people to volunteer for this.
- Cooking at the grill from 4:00-6:00 – we need one more volunteer for this.
- Food Service and Dishwashing from 5-8 – we could use six people to help with this.
- 2 more to drop off brownies or cookies
- 2 more to drop off apples, grapes or bananas
- 4 more bags of chips
- 2 more boxes of crackers
- 5 more to bring 2 loaves of bread or buns
- One Crockpot of Chilli
- One Crockpot of Stew
- 3 more to bring hotdog buns
