Parent Notes

  1. Tomorrow is a payment day for 3 Fridays in November, plus your church usage fee of $5 per family.The payment table will be open from 8:45-3:00.
  2. Tomorrow is a special day where many Asbury members will be here to prepare for their fall festival and luncheon on Saturday.Asbury members will be in the kitchen starting at 9 to cook.  The Asbury decoration crew will start decorating the Fellowship Hall at 4:00.  So please avoid the Kitchen tomorrow and clean up your belongings in the Fellowship Hall and take them to your car or the Sanctuary.  Thank you for sharing our space!
  3. The adult teacher luncheon is tomorrow at noon.Please bring your food ready to serve by 11:00, since we don’t have access to the kitchen tomorrow. Bring a serving utensil with you also.
  4. There are extra times tomorrow in the afternoon if you want to schedule a photo shoot time with our photographer, Breanna O’Bryan.See info table tomorrow.
  5. There are @45 students who have not have their yearbook picture taken yet.The Yearbook staff will get you out of one of your classes tomorrow.
  6. T-shirt deadline is tomorrow at 11:30.Turn your design in to the Info. Table.  Winners will get a free t-shirt and will have their name on the shirts.

  1. Join PSHP graduate, Abigail High in the Sanctuary tomorrow from 12:30-12:50 for a presentation about Music Therapy.
  2. Harp ensemble will be moved to the Sanctuary tomorrow, because of the Teacher Luncheon.Set up quietly on the stage while Abigail High is finishing up her presentation about Music Therapy.

Next Friday, Nov. 11 at Noon will be combined rehearsals for all high schoolers in advanced classes (Beethoven, Brahms, Concert Choir, Bel Canto, Adoration Band, etc.).  Please be sure to rearrange your schedule for these 3 Fridays, to attend these rehearsals on Nov. 11, Nov. 18, and Dec. 2 for Hallelujah Chorus and Breathe of Heaven.

 

 

Teacher Notes

  1. Please be sure to attend the Adult Teacher Appreciation Luncheon at Noon and our monthly teacher meeting in Room 102/103.  Just bring your smile and your appetite!
  2. Performing teachers plan on 7” of music for the Christmas concerts.
