Keep your bow on the “bow highway” and check your bow hold before each piece you play!  Pay close attention to reading notes on the staff rather than guessing or trying to play by ear.  Our pieces are getting more difficult, but you have to focus while practicing on the direction of the notes (up or down a step or skip) if you want to be able to read the music.
