Beginner Band – Flutes

Work on getting a sound out of just the headjoint, then put flute together and fingering G and F.

Begin looking at first couple pages of your book.

Beginner Band – Clarinets & Saxophones

Mouthpiece only practice on #1 and #2 in Essential Elements book 1 for 2-3 days.

Study the parts of the instrument and fill out your diagram. Quiz next week!
Teach a parent or sibling how to assemble your instrument and form the embouchure (mouth) and play!
