Beginning Band from Oct. 25 for Nov. 1

Nov. 1 – Beginning Band will all meet together in the youth room.  Please be on time at 8:45 AM.

Assignments:

In General – pages 7-9, #38 Jingle Bells

Work items assigned by specific instrument teachers

Play along with Essential Elements interactive – online site – https://www.essentialelementsinteractive.com/

Brass (Trumpets, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium) work on pages 7-9.  Horns work both A & B, also start looking at the scale #1 on pg 40.– again, brass it is very important to play with online recordings from the above link.

Flutes – Check back later to see if there are any specific assignments for this class.

Clarinets – work on p10 in addition to Jingle Bells

Saxophones  – practice up to #39 and clap out rythms on page 10. If they practice every day of the week for 30 minutes they will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

Percussion – Check back later to see if there are any specific assignments for this class.
