Donations Needed for the Fundraiser Banquet on Saturday, March 2
- Donations for silent auction– there are two ways to donate for the silent auction.
- Donate separate items for PSHP to auction off.
- B. Donate items for silent auction baskets. Some suggestions are below, but please feel free to add to the list:
Board games, school supplies, books, family movies, popcorn, cooler, beef jerky, chips, tools, men’s work gloves, bbq sauce, bubble bath, scented lotion, salon items, book that a woman would like, instrumental CD, rolling pin, cookie mix, oven mitts, measuring cups, choc chips, muffin tinsel, cookbook, etc.
- Items to decorate for the banquet tables. You would need to label your items with your name on a piece of masking tape on the item. They will be returned after the banquet. Please drop items to the info table as soon as possible.
Tablescapes are at the discretion of the decorators and all items lent to pshp may or may not be used. Here are some suggestions for each country- but this is not an exhausted list by any means
*Africa: blankets, baskets, flag, fake Pampas Grass, African masks, safari animals
*Australia: boomerang, kangaroo, koala, eucalyptus leaves, Sydney opera house, flag, crocodile (think outback)
*Canada: maple leaves, pine cones, mounties, ice skates, hockey, flag
*China: lanterns, cherry blossoms, dragons, fans, straw hats, flag
*England: tea set, double-decker bus, crown, castles, flag
*France: Eiffel tower, beret, fake Croissants, Napoleon, hat boxes (with french flag
*India- elephants, peacock, flag
*Italy-fake bread, olives, pasta, colander, Roman’s, Coliseum, leaning tower, red checked tablecloths, flag
*Morocco: purple, burgundy fabrics, beads, lanterns, Jeannie bottle, flag
*Mexico: sombrero, pinata(small), ancient civilizations, the day of the dead, Mexican rugs, cactus, big tissue paper flowers, Maracas, flag
*Russia: hats, Kremlin, matryoshka dolls, imperial eggs, bear, flag
*Scotland: plaid, pipes, Celtic cross, quach, sword, thistle, Scottish cow, castles, flags
Also- old suitcases and globes would be awesome. Please label your items so we can return them after March 2.
