Volunteering for the Banquet 2018

This is a busy week as we prepare for the banquet.

We have many people that have been busy planning and preparing and are looking forward to our event on Saturday night.

This year we are also offering to go meals, as an option!

Thanks to all who have already signed up to volunteer to bring food or work in the kitchen on Friday and to all those who have volunteered to help on Saturday (the day of the Banquet.)

 

We still could use volunteers to help out. If you’ve been meaning to volunteer, here are the areas in which we could still use help. You may click on the links below the descriptions to sign up for any of the volunteer positions. Thanks so much! Looking forward to the evening!

 

• We need 7 more people to sign up to help make Breadsticks on Friday morning, March 2. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d49aaae2aa2fc1-help
• We have 7 more items to sign up for (to bring for the students and volunteers to eat on the day of the Banquet.) http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d49aaae2aa2fc1-drop
• We can use helpers on the day of the Banquet to chop and prep food, as well as serve and wash dishes. We have 9 slots open still.http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d49aaae2aa2fc1-food
• We could still use a couple more helpers to decorate on Saturday, we could still use up to 15 more 11-13 year-olds to wait tables, we could use 6 more 9-10 year-old drink servers and we especially would be grateful to have more people sign-up to help with clean-up afterward (we have 1 signed up for that.) http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d49aaae2aa2fc1-student
