Student Notes

  1. Guitar Foot Stools are in and will be delivered to your classroom.  The fee of $9.30 has been added to your family folder if you signed up on the order form.
  2. Please check the website for your class assignments and any bonus questions!
  3. Be sure to get in a routine of practicing at least 3-4 times a week and marking your practice on your practice sheet.  Every 30 minutes will earn you a prize ticket!

 

Parent Notes

  1. Payment Day is tomorrow for October.  Please pay for 3 Fridays, plus your church usage fee.
  2. Please sign up for Individual and Sibling Pictures that are scheduled for Friday, October 27 and Friday, November.  These pictures are for you to order and the picture packages are priced from $8-$15. There will be a sample order form at the information table for you to take and look at.
  3. Adoration Band will not be performing at the Chargers Football game Friday night, October 6 as the venue has changed to Bolivar.  It would make an awfully long day for those families that come from the south.  The Band is hoping to play for the October 20 game.
  4. Fall Break is Friday, October 13. No classes will meet next week.

 

Set-Up Crews, Mid-Day and Clean-Up Crews

  1. We have labeled the keyboards with the room number where they are to be set up on Friday and where they are to be stored for the clean-up crew.  The 4 keyboards on the first floor (Room 102, 104, 116, and 120) will be stored in the PSHP Music office.  The 2 keyboards used upstairs will be stored in the storage room outside of Room 203.
  2. The church is not wanting to store chairs or high chairs in the hallway outside of the Fellowship Hall bathroom area.  The new storage rooms for the chairs will be in Room 103 and Room 104, after Friday classes tomorrow.  High chairs will be stored in the area off of the kitchen and 2 in the nursery.
