NO PSHP Classes this week!! Banquet Last Call and Current sign-up slots 3.16.2017

Hello Everyone,

  1. Just a reminder that PSHP does not meet this week as we are on Spring Break.Enjoy your time off, even though the weather does not know it is Spring Break.
  2. Last call to purchase seats for the PSHP Fundraiser Banquet, Saturday, March 25 at 6:00 at Aldersgate UMC in Nixa.

with your meat choice of either chicken cordon bleu or beef brisket, by this Friday, March 17 at Noon!  You can pay next Friday, March 24.  $15 for one seat or $25 for 2 seats.

Slots Available for Volunteering, on Friday, March 24th

To drop off on Friday (to feed student volunteers and performers working on Saturday):

  • 7 more 18 quart cookers.
  • 2 more squeeze bottles of miracle whip.
  • 2 jars of pickles.
  • 1 dozen cookies or brownies.

 

To help the Bradleys with cook prep on Friday, the 24th at Asbury Methodist:

  • 3 Student Volunteers from 9:00am to 12:00am
  • 4 Student Volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
  • 2 Adult Volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

 

Slots Available for Volunteering, on Saturday, March 25th

To help the Bradleys with cooking on Saturday, March 25th at Aldersgate Methodist in Nixa:

Performers could volunteer for this.

  • 4 Student Volunteers from 9:00am to 12:00am
  • 2 Adult Volunteers from 9:00am to 12:00am
  • 2 Student Volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00mp
  • 2 Adult Volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

 

To help with decorating at Aldersgate:  Performers could volunteer for this.

  • 5 Students from 10:00am to 2:00pm

 

To Bring a veggie tray to Aldersgate on Saturday, March 25th

  • 1 Veggie tray needed. The slot to sign up for is from 10:00am to 2:00pm, but you can drop it off any time after 9:00am.

 

To help setting tables: Performers could volunteer for this.

  • 8 Student Volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
  • 2 Adult Volunteers from 1:00pm to 400pm

 

Waiting on the tables:

Non-performers, only, should volunteer for this.

  • 14 Students from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
  • 1 Adult more (Faith will be in charge of this group).

 

Drink Servers:  This can be 11 and 12 year olds, we currently have 12 vounteers.

 

  • One more adult needed from 4:00pm to 8:00 to assist Charlene.

 

Seating Hosts and Hostesses:

This could be filled by performers who aren’t involved in playing during a prelude.

  • 1 Adult from 5:30pm to 6:00pm
  • 6 Students from 5:30 pm to 6:00pm

 

Plating and Service during the meal:

  • 3 adults or high school students from 5:30pm to 9:00pm (actually, more like 8:00pm)

 

Dishwashing:

  • 2 Students from 5:30pm to 9:00pm

 

Clean-up:

  • 18 volunteers from 8:00pm to 9:30pm
