Notes for All

  1. Student Teacher Luncheon from 12:00-1:00 in Room 102-103.  We will have a Student Theory Teacher’s Meeting during lunch.
  2. Harp Ensemble class will be moved to the Sanctuary for tomorrow.
  3. Last day for PSHP T-shirt orders!
  4. Springfield Symphony Concert this Saturday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 at JKHammons Hall.Vouchers are on the Info Cube for $10 tickets.  Seats are selling fast for this concert as we are performing Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, 200 voice choir with orchestra.
  5. Order PSHP Banquet Tickets, one for $15 or $25 per couple.Event is Saturday, March 25.
  6. We are working on a website sign-up sheet for volunteers to sign up to work at the Banquet and for Prep work on March 24, March 25.We will let you know when it is ready.
  7. High School students in Beethoven , Brahms, Adoration Band, Concert Choir, and Bel Canto, check your calendars for a Jefferson City performance on Tuesday, March 7 from 12:30-1:00 in the Capital rotunda.Please sign up at the Information Table if you are able to attend.  I have requested a chance to meet the governor after our performance.  It is a good chance to bake goodies for your representatives also.  This is part of FHE Home School Rally.  Each group going could perform on their own and combined songs of Agnus Dei and The Lord Bless You and Keep You.

 

Parking Lot Issues

  1. Please be considerate in the parking lot. One of our parents was hit in the parking lot by a side mirror of a car as it speed through the Asbury parking lot.  Everyone was OK, but just scary. Parkview High School get out @2:45 and there are students who also pass through our parking lot.
  2. Please slow down in parking lot
  3. Park only in designated spots.
  4. Please leave the van parking spot open for our church secretary to use on Fridays.
  5. Keep the drop off line moving and don’t block the driving areas.
  6. Alert your children and young drivers to be careful in the parking lot.
