Parent and Student Notes:

  1. Thank you for a great day last week with the fire drills. I was so pleased how well everyone did and it stayed calm.
  2. All parents are invited to attend the PSHP Friend’s Meeting at Noon tomorrow in the Fellowship Hall.  They will be organizing the prizes for the prize store on Dec. 2 and the cookies for the Friday morning concerts on Dec. 9.  They are also voting on the PSHP t-shirt contest.
  3. Please sign up to bring 2 dozen cookies for the Dec. 9 morning concert. See the Information Table.
  4. High School students will have a combined practice the next 2 Fridays: Nov. 18, Dec. 2

  1. Nov. 25                No classes, Happy Thanksgiving
  2. Nov. 18 and Dec. 2 All beginner orchestra students will meet in the Sanctuary for the whole time from 8:45-10:00. Please unpack in the Sanctuary and go to the stage area.
  3. Teachers will begin evaluations of students in class the next 2 classes. The informal evaluations will be sent home with the student.  Please ask your children!
  4. Tomorrow is the last day for any yearbook pictures for students or teachers!Call or text Jennifer at 417-209-3134 to meet her tomorrow.
  5. Reminder that Asbury is a no nut facility.
  6. Mid-day crew please report to the Information Table for extra info about your job.
  7. Set-Up crew please put 40 chairs in the Sanctuary in the morning for 8:45 Beginner Orchestra.
