Parent’s Notes:
1.      Last Friday was payment day for September.  Please see the payment table this Friday if you were unable to pay last Friday.  Each month you will be billed for 3 Fridays and the $5 church usage fee.
2.      Please be sure to monitor your students if they choose to play outside.  PSHP does not monitor outside play.  Also discuss with your children if they have permission to be outside.  There has  been concern for those students playing 4 square and retrieving stray balls.
3.      Singer’s Choir parents and children will have a meeting at 12:15 in the Sanctuary.  Please make arrangements to attend this important meeting.  The meeting should only last 15-20 minutes and the students will not miss any class time.
4.      Please check the website for weekly assignments that are updated each week by the teacher.

Student’s Notes:
1.      Singer’s choir students please meet in the Sanctuary at 12:15 for a short meeting.
2.      All student’s need to record their weekly practice on their practice chart.  See the website to print off one or see the information table.  Middle school students and younger receive practice tickets that can be redeemed for items at the prize store in December.  One ticket =30 minutes of practice.

4.      Concert Choir students received their listening/practice CD’s last Friday.  We are still working on the singers and mezzo choir CD’s.
