Beginner Band Assignments:

Practice the bell parts of the Christmas music as well as exercises 16, 17, and 18 on page 6 of the mallet percussion side of your Essential Elements book.  Continue to NOT write in notes.  It’s slow going right now, but soon that will enable you to read music SO much better.  Keep up the great work guys, and remember, if you find something hard, practice that, don’t just skip it and go to the easy stuff!  (Bonus question: Tell me what a metronome is for an extra ticket)
