Parent Notes

  1. Thank you to the Friends of PSHP and PSHP parents who planned and provided a Taco Bar and dessert for our student teachers!  Thank you student teacher’s for your teaching each Friday.
  2. Friends Meeting at 12:10 upstairs in Rm. 203. Please note the new start time, as we need to allow the set up crew time to get the room ready for the afternoon.  We will be planning our March 25 Banquet and April 7th Music Contest.
  3. Yearbooks must by ordered online this year.Please pick up an informational flier at the Information Table.  Deadline to order is April 3rd.
  4. Classroom changes for the rest of the year. All of these classes are in the north hallway off of the Sanctuary:
  5. Beginner Orchestra Cellos at 8:45 will report to the Music Room
  6. Younger Violin Class at 8:45 will report to Room A150.
  7. Intermediate Orchestra at 10:00 will report to Music Room.
  8. Younger Violin Theory Class at 10:00 will stay in their new room, Room A150.

Student Notes

  1. Please stop by the Information Table and sign the list if you are a Senior this year.  The Yearbook staff would like to make sure to include you in the special layout in the Yearbook.

 

  1. Yearbooks must by ordered online this year.  Please pick up an informational flier at the Information Table.  Deadline to order is April 3rd. Cost is $17. 93 and has an option to upload your own personal photos.

  1. NO Yearbook Class tomorrow as both Holly and Renee can’t be there.

 

  1. Classroom changes for the rest of the year. All of these classes are in the north hallway off of the Sanctuary:

  1. Thank you to the Brahm’s Orchestra students for their Thursday morning performance for the Springfield Symphony Guild.Some of these students also performed at Glendale Garden’s on Tuesday, for a Valentine’s Day treat.

Set-Up Crew Notes

  1. Beginner and Intermediate Band classes will meet in Rm. 210-211.   Please set up 25 chairs, but the other band rooms will not need chairs for the 8:45 and 10:00 class time.
  2. Please make sure that the Choir Room is set for the afternoon choirs, before their class time starts at 12:45.
  3. 12:45 Adoration Band chair changes:

  5. 2nd Row: 8
  6. 3rd Row: 8
