Those members that are performing in Jefferson City on Monday, will have practice Friday afternoon at Asbury from 12:45-4:00.
12:45-1:00 Parent Meeting of those going to Jefferson City. Hand Out Maps, etc., go over details for Monday.
1:00-2:00ish Choir practice in Choir Room
(note if you are a member of both choir and orchestra, I will need for you to practice and perform with the choir on combined songs.)
1:00-2:15 Orchestra practice in Sanctuary
2:30-3:45 Combined practice in Sanctuary
3:45-4:00 Restore rooms and pack up
4:00 Dismiss
