Parent Reminders
1. Pay for 4 Fridays in Feb, if you have not already done so.
2. Pick up PSHP T-shirts that were ordered and pay for them.
3. Turn in any Banquet tickets that were not sold, or ticket stubs with meat choices and make any payments to Tracy Yohn for this event.
4. Federation, optional event for solos and small ensembles, is this Saturday, March 19 at Evangel. See attachment for details.
5. Concert Choir and Beethoven Orchestra will have a short practice at Noon in the sanctuary tomorrow to run through Agnus Dei for the Banquet Performance.
6. NO Classes next Friday, March 25, due to Easter Break
7. April 14 Concert Choir and Beethoven extra performance at Asbury for a Talent Show fundraiser. Meet at 5:45 at Asbury. Talent Show starts at 6:00. Proceeds will be donated to Night Light Branson.
8. Anyone can sign up to participate in the above fundraiser Talent Show. Email goteenfundraising.
9. No Friends Meeting March 18, but please sign up to help in the Asbury Kitchen for Banquet Prep on Friday or to help on Saturday at Aldersgate Methodist in Nixa.
10. If you signed up for cookies for the servers for the Banquet this Saturday, bring those to Asbury on Friday if possible. If not send them Saturday with your student.

Student Reminders
1. Concert Choir and Beethoven students will practice from 12:00-12:15 in the Sanctuary. Practice Agnus Dei for the Banquet.
2. Most high school classes are performing at the Banquet, March 19. We will not have any warm-up times on Satursday.
3. All middle school and those high school students that are not performing are encouraged to sign up to serve at the Banquet.

Banquet Reminders for Sat. March 19 at Aldersgate in Nixa. Near Wal-Mart off of 160 at Aldersgate Rd.
1. Escorts and Servers arrive at 4:00 for training. Wear black or black and white. Will be provided a black apron for servers.
2. Decorating Helpers arrive at 9:00 at Aldersgate.
3. Table Setters arrive at 1:00 at Aldersgate.
4. Food Preperation People arrive either from 8-12 or from 1:00-4:00.
5. Dishwashers arrive at 5:30.
6. Clean Up Crew for this event arrive at 8:00 until we are all cleaned up.
7. We can use extra help in all of the areas. Feel free to come, even if you did not sign up!!
Teacher Reminders
1. Teacher’s Meeting at 12:15 upstairs in Rm. 203.Time is changed to 12:15, so Concert Choir and Beethoven can practice Agnus Dei at Noon.

Free Area Concerts
1. Sunday, March 20 at 7:00 The Messiah Project will be performing the Easter section of the Messiah at All Saint’s ANGLICAN Church on Galloway, near Sequoita Park.
2. Sunday, March 20 at 7:30 Ammanda Murphree-Roberts, one of our own former student, will be performing her Senior Recital on Violin at Ellis Hall on the MSU campus, near Grand and National.
3. Tuesday, March 29 at 11:15/1:00 The Sprngfield Symphony will be performing a Young People’s Concert at High Street Baptist on Eastgate near Hwy 65 and Chestnut Expwy.
