Hello PSHP Families,
I am looking forward to meeting tomorrow!! Woohoo. The only Friday between now and May 20 that we are not scheduled to meet is Good Friday, April 15..
Please find attached the Handbook for concert clothing expectations and also the newly update schedule. I have highlighted the events that have changed since the schedule was originally published in September.
RESCHEDULED EVENTS:
· Last Day to order PSHP t-shirts will be tomorrow March 25. Check out the table near the Information Desk for colors, prices and sizes. The exact cost of the t-shirts will not be known until we know the quantity of our order is since there are quantity discounts, but the cost should be between $9 and $11 dollars each.
· Student teacher’s luncheon and teacher’s luncheon will now both be April 1.
· April 29 will be a normal class schedule. The Mock Judging has been canceled this year.
· May 6 will be a normal class schedule. The Music Contest Day has been canceled this year due to our shorter year.

· Hand Me Around Clothing, Music, and Book March 25. Bless others with things you no longer need and come look and take things that you can use. At the end of the day, the clothes will be donated.
· Get to know you Bingo. Stop by the Information Table to pick up a BINGO card. We will have these available to students and adults March 25 and April 1. Bring them back to the Information Table completely filled to receive a prize
· Senior t-shirt and Senior hoodies order will be ready tomorrow and can be paid for and picked up at the Payment Table.

· Next Friday, April 1, is our Student Teacher Luncheon of Pizza. Please stop by the Payment Table if you are able to make a $5 or more donation towards the Student teacher pizza and ice cream bar luncheon!
· 8:45 Room Change: Young Beginner Guitar class has a permanent room change from the Nook to the Connections Office in the south hallway across from the church office.
· Friends’ Meeting at 12:10 upstairs in Room 203. Come help us plan for Student Teacher and Adult Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on April 1, PSHP Pizza Day on April 8, prize store on May 20, our PSHP “Fun”draiser on Friday, May 20 at Asbury from 5:30-7:30 and picnic on May 27.
· Last day for PSHP T-shirt orders. Cost will be determined after we have our numbers of shirts. Plan around $10.

· STREET CLOSING April 1: Please not that Campbell will be closed from March 30-April 2 for the Bass Pro Event. Campbell will be closed from Sunshine to Cherokee. If you come to Asbury from the south you will need to avoid Campbell and Sunshine.

· PSHP Pizza Day is Friday, April 8. Please pre-order how many slices of pizza that you want on Friday, April 1 at the Information Table or by 10:00 on Friday, April 8. Any student, teacher, or family members are welcome to order pizza over lunch to visit and catch up! We will have gluten free choice as well as cheese, pepperoni, and supreme.
· Add May 20 to your calendar for a PSHP “Fun”draiser at Asbury from 5:30-7:30. We will be taking orders for hamburgers and hotdogs for our fun event, as well as carnival games!!
