Announcements:

1. Set up crew members that will be absent should notify Jonna Bradley at 417-861-5643.

2. All midday and afternoon crew members please report to the Information Table before your assigned duty.

Notify Faith Cannon at 417-459-5014 if you will be absent.

3. Please bring any items, like clothing and shoes, to our “Hand Me Around” this Friday. These will be given away to any takers on Friday. You don’t have to bring anything to participate. We hope that you will be blessed by either giving away or taking items or both!! Place items in Fellowship Hall on the tables on the east wall. Please don’t leave any items that you don’t want donated in the vicinity of these tables.

4. All Parents are invited to The Friends Meeting at Noon upstairs in Room 203. Many of us bring our lunches as we plan and brainstorm about ideas to benefit the students and teachers. Some items of business this month include the Teacher Luncheon scheduled for Nov. 6th, that might be rescheduled to Oct. 30, Prize Store on Dec. 4, Dec. 11 treat bags, An Evening Out Fundraiser in the Spring.

5. All violin and viola students will need to have either a shoulder rest or a sponge to help hold up their instrument and to have good posture.

6. All Theory Teacher’s, both adult and students, will have a meeting at Noon on Oct. 23 in Room 203. We would like to have some meetings throughout the year to learn new games and teaching strategies. We also have meetings planned for Jan. 8, Feb. 26, and April 22. Please add these to your calendars!!

7. Sign Up for Pictures on Oct. 30. This is at the Information Table in the Fellowship Hall.

8. Come to a free Concert this Saturday, Oct. 17: The Heritage of Hymns, at 7:00 at Evangel University Chapel Auditorium. This is sponsored by The Messiah Project. You will get to hear a wonderful choir accompanied by the Springfield Symphony. The prelude starts at 6:15. A free will offering will be collected.
