Keep practicing the snare part for the 1812 Overture, but also take a look at the "African Noel" music we passed out. The other Christmas song we’re looking at is "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" from your Classic Christmas book. Take a look at it, and if it uses instruments other than bells or snare drum, just practice the rhythms and don’t worry about the tones.
