Learn the parts of the cello on p. 2.
Practice p. 4 and 5 with the D and A strings with plucking fingers only. We won’t use bows until November. Pluck the string hard enough for the string to vibrate for a big sound.
Review your flashcards, at least for the first two notes, D and A.
Store your cello were it will be safe from extreme temperatures and from curious little brothers and sisters. Always put the end pin back in before storing.
