This is in addition to the Assignments posted earlier this week. Please read both. Thank you!

Dear Beethoven and Brahms’ Students,

Please note the extra practice at Asbury on Friday at 12:45 in the Sanctuary to help prepare our music for the concert with Evangel Orchestra on Thursday, February 21.

Also note that the string students only will go to rehearsal at Evangel this week. Flute, Clarinet and Harp can wait to go to Evangel until Friday, February 15.

We are performing 3 selections with Evangel, and Beethoven and Brahms will also perform one song each on their own.  See highlighted area below.

Check about transportation to Evangel. Please make plans with your parents or let me know if you need to carpool with either myself or Abby Ellingsworth atKALcello@cs.com

Dustin Bush is able to help with transportation.

Students may not drive with other student drivers unless I have written permission from both parents.

Parents plan on picking up students at Evangel at 5:00 unless you have made other arrangements.  I will be driving back to Asbury after 5:00, if that helps anyone.
